Are there plans to support hierarchy much like I can do in xDx?

Systems can be designed in either top-down or bottom-up appraoches, and it would be great to be able to push into blocks of deeper functionality. For example, I would like to start with a high-level VHDL-AMS block that replicates my requirements. Next, I would 'push' into this block and specify a finer level of detail, and so forth. Obviously we cannot push into a VHDL-AMS block, but perhaps we can save a design at different 'levels'. I can already do that by saving a separate copy of the design at different points, but the user interface does not provide a means to organize the separate designs as a hierarchy.

A file structure that can be accessible from the design editor much like the Navigator in xDx might provide a nice solution.

Nevermind, I didn't see that

Nevermind, I didn't see that we can create components based on the active schematic. Nice!

EDIT: I played around with this - it's nice, but it's still not right for a top-down analysis. It has potential for bottom-up simulations, but users still need to save a separate instance for each hierarchical level.
